Fairhaven Under Fives is an established pre-school setting which offers a happy, safe and secure environment for your children to grow, play, build friendships and learn about the world around them.

Situated off Barnett Lane, Kingswinford, within the grounds of Fairhaven Primary School, we provide a stimulating and exciting range of resources and activities to motivate and encourage  children to learn through play and hands on, real life experiences.

The highly experienced staff within the setting, use their skills, knowledge and passion for early years, to ensure that your child will be nurtured and have their individual needs met.

Children are given the opportunity to develop at their own unique rate, through a careful balance of child initiated and adult-led activities and experiences. This, combined with positive parent partnerships, provides children with the chance to grow into happy and independent young people, by learning how to build relationships, respect each others differences, values and beliefs and develop socially and emotionally.

We work with parents/carers to enable children to develop positive attitudes to learning and for every child to know him/herself, enabling them to grow into a stable person within the community. We provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment to promote equality and value diversity.

Our Aim

  • To provide a high quality care and education within a happy, safe and stimulating environment for children to develop in.

  • Ensure children learn through positive experiences and interactions with their peers and staff.

  • Continually develop the provision to ensure children continue to be interested, excited and motivated to learn and challenge themselves to achieve their full potential.

  • A child's happiness is at the heart of the setting and we work together to ensure the individual needs of our children are provided for.

Our Mission Statement

Fairhaven Under Fives Centre is fully committed to safeguarding, protecting and keeping safe, the children in our care.

We aim to give each child the best possible learning opportunities, meeting their individual needs throughout The Early Years Foundation Stage.

Parents are seen as their child’s primary carer and we will work with them to offer equal opportunities to all, ensuring that each child achieves his/her full potential and enters full time education with confidence.
